Vitality Fund
A multi-year, performance-based incentive program designed to support companies in target industries actively planning to relocate, expand, or retain their physical location in Washington, DC, and to encourage the creation of new jobs.
Growth Fund
Businesses that don’t meet the thresholds for Vitality Fund, may be eligible for Growth Fund. While Vitality Fund serves as our corporate business attraction tool for larger established companies, the Growth Fund targets smaller companies and start-ups looks to relocate or expand in DC.
DC Venture Capital Program
The DC Venture Capital Program fuels the next generation of Washington, DC innovation—investing up to $26 million in early-stage tech companies and unlocking at least $52 million in total capital through public-private partnerships. Managed by K Street Capital, the program connects high-potential founders with the funding, networks, and momentum they need to grow in the nation’s capital.
Office to Anything
The Office‑to‑Anything Program invites developers to reimagine under-utilized office buildings in central Washington, D.C., by offering up to a 15-year property tax freeze for conversions to vibrant non-residential uses—like retail, hotels, entertainment or upgraded office space.
Global Soft Landing
The Washington, DC Global Soft Landing Program helps international companies establish a U.S. presence in the nation’s capital. It offers tailored support including discounted office space, visa solutions, market intelligence, and access to DC’s business, civic, and university networks.
