Vanda Pharmaceuticals Inc.’s motion sickness drug has finally hit the market.
The D.C. biopharma said Monday that the drug, Nereus, is now available to the tens of millions of U.S. patients who experience vomiting from motion sickness.
The news sent shares of Vanda (NASDAQ: VNDA) up more than 7.5% Monday afternoon to $7.53
Baltimore-based Brown Advisory has made an investment in D.C. investment firm RockCreek Group, which has more than $18 billion in assets under management.
Mayor Muriel Bowser launched the brand-new Restaurant & Retail Stabilization Grant, a $3.875 million fund to support the District’s restaurants and retailers and continue growing DC’s economy.
