The neighborhood is centrally located in downtown’s East End and within walking distance of the Convention Center, Gallery Place/Capital One Arena, CityCenterDC, Union Station, the U.S. Capitol and the future Capitol Crossing project.

A Growing, Maturing Neighborhood
As of December 2016, Mount Vernon Triangle had 721 residential units in three buildings and 126,000 SF of office and retail space under construction. Within the next five years an additional one million SF of office and retail space, 503 residential units, two new hotels (376 rooms), and the redesign and activation of three public park spaces will be added.
Destination for New Office Headquarters
Since 2007, six major legal, association and corporate organizations have relocated to, or directly adjacent to, Mount Vernon Triangle.
