New Businesses Openings in DC (2013)

The Washington, DC Economic Partnership tracks new business openings throughout the District of Columbia. The map below represents the 300+ businesses that opened in 2013 based on collections from media reports and neighborhood blogs. Please note that this information is not comprehensive and areas of DC that have active blogs and more commercial activity will be more represented on the map. The data is also more skewed to retailers, restaurants and personal services as these types of businesses tend to get more media coverage.

Are we missing a business that opened in 2013 in your neighborhood? Please let us know.
