WDCEP Accepting Applications for Summer Intern Program

The Washington, DC Economic Partnership is now accepting applications for our summer internship positions. Through the WDCEP internship program, we hope to mentor young professionals who are interested in urban planning, retail, entrepreneurship, and commercial development in the vibrant city of Washington, DC. In addition to the critical experience gained at WDCEP, interns are exposed to a variety of projects that are focused as much as possible to their area of interest.

We currently have two internship opportunities available for the summer term – Communications & Marketing and Business Development. Communication and Marketing interns will assist with office e-communication, marketing, public relations, and social media to promote our events and increase awareness of our development tools and small business resources. The Business Development interns will assist the WDCEP’s efforts in business attraction and development, including the providing needed assistance to support WDCEP’s DoingBusiness2.0 seminar series and the launch of a brand new initiative focusing on DC’s technology sector.
