Washington Landmark Looks for New Home

After 26 years of serving the finest New York style sandwiches at The Lafayette Building at 15th and Eye Streets, NW, Loeb’s PERFECT New York Deli’s lease is expiring on December 31, 2005 and will not be renewed due to GSA’s planned renovation of the building.

Opened in 1959, by Sigrid and Walter Loeb, Loeb’s Deli is a Washington landmark in search of approximately 2,000 sq. ft. for a new location.
