Two Requests for Offers from the DC Department of General Services

The Government of the District of Columbia, through its Department of General Services (DGS), invites interested Offerors to respond to two different Request for Offers (RFO) opportunities.

The first opportunity is to lease the following District of Columbia assets (ATM Sites) for the placement and operation of one Automatic Teller Machine (ATM) per ATM Site:

1) Ground floor space at 225 7th Street, SE (“Eastern Market”)
2) Ground floor space at 441 4th Street, NW (“OJS”)

The District will accept Offers for one or both of the ATM Sites and will select one or more Offers determined, in the District’s sole discretion, to be in the best interest of the District for negotiation of a lease agreement or lease agreements for the ATM Sites. DGS will not accept Offers to lease the ATM Sites for a term of less than five years or more than ten years.

Offers due by: Thursday, 4/12/2012; no later than 12:00 PM.

The second opportunity is to lease the following District of Columbia asset:

Approximately 2,468 rentable square feet (“rsf”) of ground floor retail space located at 2000 14th Street, NW. The District will only accept offers for the total available space.  The District’s goal, in issuing this solicitation, is to receive Offers to lease the Premises. DGS will not accept Offers to lease the Premises for a term of less than five years or more than fifteen years.
