The DC Development Report to be Released at AMDS10

The WDCEP releases one of its most popular publications at AMDS: The DC Development Report, which describes the development trends and highlights DC’s $79.2 billion of development activity. The 2010/2011 edition will feature development trends in core economic sectors, DC’s green rankings and more than 80 project highlights. The report summarizes the organization’s database of more than 1,250 development projects.

The publication also includes a DC Development Outlook prepared by Delta Associates. The Development Outlook section details how the national and local economies have been affected by the economic downturn, as well as the outlook for the office, residential and capital markets.
