The DC Development Report: 2008/2009 Edition

The Washington, DC Economic Partnership is currently collecting information and images about DC development projects for The 2008/2009 DC Development Report, which will be released at the Partnership’s Annual Meeting on October 2nd.

The Report is an overview of development activity and of the expansion occurring in all market segments and in every Ward across the city. As a resource book, it is a compilation of nearly eight years of data collection and research that provides an overview of an ever-changing development and construction cycle.

The Report is used by investors, tenants, brokers, developers and government officials to make educated decisions for future plans and investments.
