– 136 organizations participated in the DCDR (updating their respective projects)
– DC is ranked #1 in the U.S. in total count of LEED-certified buildings per capita
– DC is ranked #2 in the U.S. in the number of square feet of green roofs installed, with more than 800,000 sq. ft.
–  By the end of 2012, DC will have more than 100 development projects that will have achieved a minimum LEED Certified rating, including 44 Silver, 40 Gold and nine at the Platinum level
– Over the past 10 years DC has averaged more than 418,000 sq. ft. of retail deliveries per year
– Over the past 10 years DC has averaged more than 3,740 residential unit deliveries per year
– Over the past 10 years DC has averaged 4.3 million sq. ft. of office deliveries per year
