Request for Offers to Lease Ground Floor Retail Space at The Reeves Center
The Government of the District of Columbia, through its Department of General Services (DGS), invites interested offerors to respond to a Request for Offers opportunity to lease 2,468 rentable square feet of ground floor retail space located at the Reeves Center at 2000 14th Street, NW.
The 379,250 square foot, eight-story office and retail building was developed in 1986 and is located at the corner of 14th and U Streets, NW. According to DDOT’s 14th Street Transportation Study, from 6:30-9:30 AM and 2:30-5:30 PM approximately 4,000 pedestrians and cyclists go through the 14th and U Streets intersection, more than any other intersection along the 14th Street corridor from Thomas Circle to Florida Avenue. Within 3 blocks of the building, there are over 1,300 high end apartments and condos built or under construction. The building is conveniently located one block from the U Street Metro Rail Station and is home to several large District agencies.
