WDCEP has a new Manager of Office Operations, Natasha Olinger, who joined our staff this month.  Natasha, a District resident, previously worked at several mission driven NGOs in Washington.  She is a graduate from the University of Virginia.  Please join us in giving Natasha a warm welcome to WDCEP.
