The WDCEP is gearing up to release the popular DC Neighborhood Profiles in Spring 2013. The Profiles offer a compendium of data and insight on DC’s neighborhoods and major commercial cor¬ridors, ranging from detailed demographics, area highlights, metro rail counts, walk scores, maps and more. National, regional and local real estate professionals and retailers use the Neighborhood Profiles to quickly and accurately obtain a better understanding how DC and its neighborhoods are changing and what opportunities exist now and in the future.
