Neighborhood Retail Opportunities

The Washington, DC Marketing Center is proud to announce the upcoming release of its latest publication, Washington, DC Neighborhood Retail Opportunities.

The spring 2005 guide to retail in DC will be officially released to the public on Wednesday, May 18th at the DC New Initiatives seminar at Atlantic Video. This guide illustrates the renewed confidence in the District’s retail potential by showcasing 154 available retail sites, as well as vision plans that will create additional retail opportunities in the future.

Dozens of the available featured sites are located in the city’s neighborhoods and commercial corridors. The guide lists sites by street name, provides a photo and description of the site and the amount of available square footage.

The guide also provides prospective retailers with useful neighborhood information on consumer expenditures, development projects, demographics and amenities of the neighborhood.
