Mayor-elect Vince Gray to Present at AMDS10

As Special Guest Speaker at AMDS10, Mayor-elect Vince Gray will close the program by addressing economic development in DC.  Mr. Gray was elected in 2004 to the DC Council as the Ward 7 council member.  In 2006, he was elected Chairman of the Council.  On November 2, 2010, Mr. Gray was elected Mayor of the District of Columbia.
