Marketing Center Welcomes Two New Faces
The Washington, DC Marketing Center is pleased to announce the addition of two new employees, Tom Fulton and Adorna Williams.
Tom serves as the new business retention manager. Prior to joining the Marketing Center, he was a principal in his own community and public relations firm. The company’s clients included Bruce Lehman, former U.S. Patent Commissioner, and the S.S. United States Foundation.
Tom held the position of External Affairs Manager with SBC Communications in California. Tom is a native of Arizona and graduated from the University of Arizona, where he earned a degree in Business Administration, Marketing.
Tom also serves as an Advisory Neighborhood Commissioner for his neighborhood of Bloomingdale/Eckington.
Adorna Williams is the Marketing Center’s in-house graphic designer. The award-winning artist has worked for several companies such as Broadcast Arts, NASA and Arthur Andersen.
She started her own design studio, Big Dog Studios in 1996, where she served as creative director. Her clients included Discovery Channel, National Geographic, Smithsonian and AFSCME. In addition to being an entrepreneur and talented designer, Adorna has also taught at George Washington University’s School of Continuing Education.
Adorna is a native of Washington, DC and earned her bachelors of fine arts from the Corcoran College of Art + Design.
