The Annual Meeting and Development Showcase celebrates the District’s economic revitalization and development dynamic by highlighting one industry and its development projects. This year’s spotlight is on the District’s remarkable office market.

The Annual Meeting luncheon includes an awards ceremony where winners of the city’s outstanding office development/renovation projects in the following categories will be recognized by the DC Marketing Center and District Government leaders:

  • Most Catalytic Office Development Project
  • Best New Mixed-Use Development (with offices making up 50 percent of the use)
  • Best New Office Building Design
  • Best Renovation/Reuse of a Historic Building as an Office
  • Lifetime Achievement- for an individual office developer or a development company in the office market

To nominate your favorite office development project/individual that meets the above criteria, please download a nomination packet from the Marketing Center’s website, or pick it up from the Marketing Center office at 1495 F St. NW, or call (202) 661-8670 to receive a packet via mail.
