Projects include new innovative office & retail space at 10th and F Street, NW, a 135,000 square-feet Walmart in Capital Gateway, and the 110,000 square-feet of renovated space at the historic Uline Arena which is being converted to include office space and a flagship REI among its retail tenants.

WDCEP tracks major development and construction projects throughout the year and performs an annual “development census” in the month of August. This research and outreach receives contributions from more than 100 developers, architects, contractors, and economic development organizations that result in updates to more than 400 projects.
