Introducing the Heights of Columbia

A groundbreaking was recently held for The Heights of Columbia, the new mixed-use development located at 2750 14th Street, NW.

The development will provide 56 units of condominiums for sale, of which 28 units will be available at prices aimed for affordable to lower-income working families. The Heights of Columbia will also feature approximately 20,000 square feet of ground-floor retail and 77 underground parking spaces. The total development cost is approximately $22 million.

The Non-Profit Community Development Corporation is working in partnership with the National Capital Revitalization Corporation’s subsidiary, RLARC; Fannie Mae’s American Communities Fund(r), BB&T Bank as the construction lender, and Litman Development, Inc.
