ICSC Mid-Atlantic is Feb 22-23

The 2011 ICSC Mid-Atlantic Conference and Deal Making will take place February 22 – 23 at the Gaylord National Resort & Convention Center.  Main attractions include the Retailers’ Runway—showcasing retailers who are launching or expanding business in and around the D.C. area—and the Development Runway, where the newest retail projects of the region will be presented by developers and local representatives themselves.  Several retail-driven sessions will also be presented.  Mayor Vincent Gray will be in attendance, speaking and welcoming guests to the District at the luncheon.

The Washington, DC Economic Partnership’s participation at ICSC will focus on bringing retail to the District.  Represented at the WDCEP’s booth will be the NoMA BID, Capital Riverfront BID, PN Hoffman, and Madison Marquette.  The Southwest Waterfront model, provided by PN Hoffman, will also be showcased at the booth.  With sold-out exhibition space and an expected attendance of thirty-five thousand, this is one of the most important events to attend this year.
