Emerging Developers Conference Provides Innovative Forum

Over 120 people attended the Emerging Developers Conference held September 10 at the Mandarin Hotel.

Designed exclusively for small and medium size local real estate developers this conference provided an innovative forum for District emerging industry leaders to learn about local development opportunities.

The conference included series of sessions that looked at project overviews, incentives, and local resources, and an afternoon project site tour.
