Economic Partnership Announces Annual Meeting Keynote Speaker

The Washington, DC Economic Partnership is pleased to announce that Ted Leonsis, owner of the Washington Capitals, vice chairman of America Online Inc. and president of AOL Audience Business, will be the keynote speaker for its upcoming Annual Meeting and Development Showcase.

Mitchell Schear, President of Charles E. Smith Commercial Realty, will present an overview of the DC office market. As a leader in the development industry, Mr. Schear will provide an insightful perspective into the city’s robust office market.

This year marks the largest number of exhibitors in the history of the Development Showcase. Exhibitors include Republic Properties, NoMa Corridor, Grosvenor, CoStar, Trizec Properties, Donatelli & Klein and dozens more, for a total of 56 exhibitors to date.

The Annual Meeting and Development Showcase will be held Thursday, November 3, 2005, 11 a.m.-2 p.m. at the Washington Convention Center Ballrooms A and B.
