eat at National Place Opens

Tourists and workers in Downtown DC now have a new place to grab a bite. QDC Retail Services recently opened eat at National Place, located on F Street between 13th and 14th Streets.

The 22,000 square-foot dining hall easily accommodates 525 diners and offers eateries such as A Slice of Italy Pizzeria, Kabuki Sushi and Teriyaki, Five Guys, Meiwah Express, Quiznos and Naan & Beyond.

Originally opened in 1983, the three-level retail space was completely renovated with a $12 million reinvestment. In addition to eat at National Place, new retail shops will line F Street. A new streetscape has been installed to include an escalator and elevator, providing direct access from F Street to the second level food hall.

National Place is one of the District’s largest mixed-use projects. The development fronts Pennsylvania Avenue and F Street from 13th to 14th Streets, National Place includes a mix of retail shops, 525,000 square feet of office space in two towers, the National Theatre, the JW Marriott Hotel and a large underground parking garage.
