Washington, D.C.—The Washington, DC Economic Partnership, in partnership with the Greater Washington Hispanic Chamber of Commerce (GWHCC) will release the 2008 Doing Business in Washington, DC Guide Book, Spanish Edition, to encourage entrepreneurship and business development within the District’s Hispanic community. This event will also mark the unveiling of an outreach program to inform the Hispanic Business Community about the benefits of achieving Certified Business Enterprise status. This initiative, a joint effort of the Department of Small and Local Business Development and GWHCC, is aimed at improving business resources for the District’s growing Hispanic community and is scheduled to launch in the new year.
