Join the WDCEP on Wednesday, April 11th for this month’s Doing Business 2.0: Business Insurance program discussing risks business owners should be aware of and steps they should take to prepare for potential losses. Local experts in business-related risks and business insurance will discuss short and long-term risks businesses should anticipate and resources available to business owners.
Representatives from two private enterprises will discuss workers’ compensation, business property and liability, commercial auto, group life and key person life, and home-based business insurance, and go into detail as to why businesses must think about these important issues. A representatives from the DC Department of Insurance, Securities, and Banking (DISB) will be present to inform the audience of resources available to business owners in their departments.
