The District Department of Transportation, Office of Civil Rights and the Federal Highway Administration DC Division are hosting a disadvantaged business enterprise summit and networking event on May 5.  Meet with prime contractors in heavy highway construction and civil engineering and learn about the new Disadvantaged Business Enterprise regulations.
