DCBC Industry Partner Spotlight-WORC

The DC Business Connections (DCBC) program continues to reach out the District’s business community. In doing so, DCBC partners with a number of DC government agencies, associations, and private industries as a means to better serve the businesses needs.

One of the partner organizations of DCBC is Workforce Organizations for Regional Collaboration (WORC). WORC partners with local businesses to bridge the gap between employers who have vacancies and nonprofit organizations that have prospective employees.

WORC has recently launched a new initiative, One Click Clearinghouse (OC2). OC2 is designed for businesses seeking qualified, workforce ready job candidates.
