DC Development Report (2011/2012 Edition) Coming Soon!

The WDCEP will soon be releasing its highly anticipated DC Development Report, an annual publication that gives a comprehensive overview of development and construction activity in the District of Columbia. The DC Development Report has long been a tool used by public officials, developers, brokers and investors looking to inform their clients and constituents about the development occurring in the District.  This year’s report not only summarizes DC’s development pipeline, but also highlights development trends seen in DC over the past 11 years.

The information found in the 2011-2012 DC Development Report is the result of WDCEP’s annual “development census” (conducted in August) which compiles research and data from more than 135 developers, architects, contractors and economic development organizations each year.  While typically released in the fall, the 2011-2012 edition will be released in mid-March this year.  Visit our office (1495 F Street, NW), or website (WDCEP.com) later this month to pick up or download a copy of the DC Development Report.  Special thanks to the publication partners: Pepco, the Downtown Business Improvement District, Donatelli Development, Akridge, and First Home Mortgage, whose support of the Development Report has allowed us to print the publication for distribution this spring.
