Calling All Restaurant/Retail Brokers and Restaurateurs!

The WDCEP and the Office of the Deputy Mayor for Planning and Economic Development are undertaking a restaurant site tour that will focus on opportunities for local and national restaurateurs east of the Anacostia River.  Deputy Mayor Victor Hoskins will lead the tour, which will highlight existing opportunities along Good Hope Road and Martin Luther King Jr. Avenue—including DHCD’s redevelopment properties in Anacostia—as well as updates on major mixed-use development projects such as Skyland, Curtis Properties at MLK & W and St. Elizabeths East Campus.  For more information on locating your restaurant east of the Anacostia River, contact Keith Sellars at ksellars@wdcep.com.
