Business Initiatives Breakfast Focuses on Building a 24/7 City

On Thursday, April 21, 8:00-10 a.m., the Washington, DC Marketing Center will present “Building a 24/7 City -Residential Development in Neighborhoods and Downtown,” the second Business Initiatives Breakfast (BIB) seminar of the year.

Featured speakers for this seminar include Jay Greene, Interim Director, Department of Housing and Community Development; Monty Hoffman, CEO, PN Hoffman; Adrian Washington, President, Neighborhood Development Company and Michael Kelly, Executive Director, DC Housing Authority. The panel represent DC’s downtown, neighborhood and affordable housing perspectives.

This seminar will provide insight into trends and opportunities in residential development, how decisions are made regarding mixed use and density, the challenges of building a 24/7 city and the future outlook of DC as a 24/7 city.
