The downtown Freedom Plaza Bike to Work Pit-Stop continues to seek sponsorship from companies and organizations wishing to show their support for bicyclists in the region. The Freedom Plaza Pit-Stop program includes remarks from DC Council Chairman Kwame Brown, DC Councilmembers Bowser, Transportation Director Terry Bellamy, Planning Director Harriet Tregoning, and Federal Transit Administrator Peter Rogoff. To sponsor the festivities, gain access to the VIP area, and have the opportunity to speak to the assembled crowd of cyclists and media, contact greg@waba.org.
