Andover House Complete

The Andover House is a 12-story, 171-unit luxury high-rise apartment building adjacent to Thomas Circle, located at 1200 14th Street, NW.

Built on property adjoining the National City Christian Church, Andover House is an historic building designed by John Russell Pope, the architect of the Jefferson Memorial and the West Building of the National Gallery of Art.

The 170,000 square foot development is now complete and had an estimated cost of $38 million.
