Wooten-Days (Moderator), Counsel at Berliner, Corcoran & Rowe will provide insights based on a variety of legal experiences. Additionally, guests Dr. David Humphrey, Senior Licensing Manager at the Georgetown University Office of Technology Commercialization, and Dr. Rita Manak, Head of the Technology Transfer Office at the Naval Research Laboratory, will present on commercializing patents.
