In March, the Washington DC Economic Partnership teamed up with the Executive Office of Mayor Muriel Bowser, the Office of Planning and Economic Development, EventsDC, Newseum, Southwest Airlines, Monumental Sports & Entertainment, Venture.Co, and more to promote DC as the leading city in innovation and inclusivity in the US.

In less than one week, #WeDC garnered 61.5 million impressions, 9,855 uses of the #WeDC hashtag, and was the #7 trending hashtag at SXSW. WDCEP sparked 35,300+ conversations about the organization and their initiatives, and was the #5 top influencer at SXSW.
