Washington, DC Returns to South by Southwest as the Capital of Inclusive Innovation

WDCEP, Mayor Muriel Bowser and various city partners come together to promote DC’s as the most inclusive city for innovation in tech, arts, sports, music and film

For the 5th year in a row, DC will head to SXSW to showcase DC as home to some of the most innovative and inclusive companies in the world. Here’s a taste of how we do it:

  • Music: Come hear DC made music at our Music Showcase featuring local artists and internationally recognized headliners
  • Food: Experience the thriving local DC food scene, home to 12 Michelin Star restaurants with tastings + talks from industry leaders
  • Tech: Join us for our Tech Showcase featuring the most cutting edge tech start-ups from DC
  • Sports: Hear from the leaders in sports innovation, experience the latest E-Sports technology
