Neighborhood Profiles Our 2009 family of District demographic materials has been expanded to include 38 different neighborhoods and features new profiles DC's Main Streets, New Communities and Great Street Initiatives.

Retail Opportunities This book is a compendium of the District's retail opportunities, whether they are sites, projects, or lease space. The book also includes summaries and demographic data for each DC neighborhood containing available retail space. Other sections include visions and plans by the Office of Planning, incentives and resources for retailers, and information on the District's core economies.
